Susan D. Adams is the former pastor of the Frederick Christian Church (Disciples of Christ) in Frederick, Illinois. She has also served as worship chair in her home church and wrote the Chalice Concordance to the Chalice Hymnal and Chalice Praise to help in the preparation of worship services.
