Questions about sales tax (MO and TN only)
Sales tax-exempt customers, please call customer service at 1-800-366-3383 (M-F 8am-5pm CST) to place your order and provide your tax-exempt paperwork. While web orders from these three states always show estimated taxes, sales taxes will be removed from eligible accounts upon review by our customer service department. Please forward your receipt and a copy of your tax-exempt certificate to customerservice@chalicepress.com for review. We're sorry for the extra hassle.
