Eric Wilson

From an early age, Eric Wilson wanted to be a writer. He became a New York Times bestselling author, with nearly 700,000 books in print in over a dozen languages.

​Born in California and raised in Oregon, Wilson's enduring memories began overseas where my parents smuggled Bibles into Eastern Europe during an era of communism. This forms part of the narrative of American Leftovers, his memoir cowritten with his siblings, Heidi and Shaun.
