Peter Christian Olsen is the middle son of George and Roberta Olsen, about whom the book is written. He spent thirty years as a Minister of Education and Pastor with the United Church of Christ and is presently employed as a Chaplain with Hope Hospice in New Braunfels, Texas. His wife, Ariel passed away in 2009.
Two daughters and two granddaughters live nearby. He is the author of Youth at Risk (Pilgrim Press, 2006) as well as dozens of articles appearing in newspapers, travel magazines, and educational publications. He spends his time now writing, learning landscape photography, traveling to exotic locations and enjoying his grandchildren. His therapy consists of participating in triathlons, gardening, reading, and day dreaming.
