Advertise in the 2026-2027 Annual Planning Guide & Calendar

Here's everything you need to choose the right size for your ad and schedule it at the ideal time.

1. Download the Ad Rates/Specifications sheet.

2. Choose your ad size from the drop down to the right. 

3. If you are selecting a Target Box ad, please complete this Target Box Requests survey so we will schedule your ad in the right month. Chalice Press will work to accommodate your preferences but cannot guarantee you will receive each and every preferred space. In the event multiple advertisers prefer the same time Target Box, the space will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.

File Requirements

All files should be supplied in PDF format with no bleeds and no trim marks, in CMYK colors, 300 dpi resolution and all fonts embedded. Files need to be under 10mb, emailed to calendar.advertising@chalicepress.com.

Submission Requirements

Insertion orders for ads appearing in the 2026-2027 calendar must be received by April 30, 2025, with artwork due May 14, 2025.

Chalice Press reserves the right to refuse any ads that it feels may be objectionable to its intended audience.
